Master Mixer captures Kym Teusner’s instinct as a blender – wines guided by experience, intuition and a vast library of parcels from the Barossa. Stepping behind the decks, Kym brings together Grenache (55%) and Shiraz (32%) sourced largely from our own vineyards, finished with a bright dash of Malbec (13%) from a long-time grower mate. The result is a wine with rhythm, texture and flow, showcasing the Barossa’s versatility through balance, generosity and pure drinkability.

Background Spiel

The Master Mixer GSM brings together Grenache from Tanunda and Seppeltsfield, showcasing lifted red fruits, spice and energy. Shiraz parcels from our network of Barossa vineyards add depth, dark fruit and structure, while a splash of Malbec injects colour, juiciness and a playful edge. The palate is medium-bodied,fresh and flowing, with red berries, plum, subtle spice and soft, chalky tannins. Approach able, vibrant and delightfully enjoyable.
