Barossa Shiraz Winter Dozen

Vintage 2026 was a long and late one - and also a bloody good one! We were drinking ice cold Cooper's Pale Ale when we started in late February....and had switched out to a glass of red by the time we wrapped up in mid May.

The fruit hung out on those vines for an eternity, which can only mean one thing. Deeply coloured reds packed with plenty of flavour and loads of spice. Wines that serve as the perfect foil to winter. Barossa Shiraz owns the top spot on the winter reds podium, and Barossa Cabernet would come a very close second.
