'Bilmore' is a beloved Shiraz acknowledging one of Barossa's most beloved characters - the legendary Roger Bilmore. Gun grape grower and generally quietly spoken gent by day, Roger is known to transform under the influence of a few glasses of Shiraz to show an entirely new face as the sun descends on the western Barossa.

Since the first vintage release in 2014, the Bilmore Shiraz has celebrated the many faces of Barossa Shiraz. Reviews have been as legendary as the man himself, with scores by the good folk at Halliday running at a Bradman-esque average of 93.625 for the eight outings to date. A man known to have donned the whites in his athletic prime, Roger himself would be rightly chuffed!
